What this page covers
These checks reflect the operational state of Snap2Deploy itself — our application servers, our database, our outbound email, and our payment processor. They do not cover:
- Microsoft Intune availability — check Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Jamf Pro / Jamf Cloud availability — check status.jamf.com.
- Vercel / Neon / Stripe / Resend — our subprocessors’ own status pages reflect upstream issues they may be having. See /subprocessors for direct links.
Reporting an issue
If this page says “all systems operational” but you’re seeing problems with the product, that’s a signal we want. Email support@snap2deploy.com with what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when. Real human responses, no bots.
For security-related concerns (vulnerability disclosure, suspected compromise, abuse) email security@snap2deploy.com instead — that inbox is monitored more aggressively.
Incident history
We’re a young company; we’ll publish post-incident summaries here as they happen. As of today, we have not had a customer-impacting outage worth reporting.
